Account Management

Make the checkout process more seamless and register for a customer account. Registered customers can manage shipping addresses, save billing information, view previous orders and track pending orders.

If you don’t remember your password, hit “Forgot Password” and instructions for resetting your password will be emailed to you.


We accept all Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover debit/credit cards. You will be charged only when your order ships.

If the order total exceeds the credit card limit, the order will not go through. Please call us to place a phone order if you'd like to use more than one credit card to complete the purchase.

Please note: prices do not include sales tax. Tax will be calculated at check out for domestic orders.

Domestic Shipping

All U.S. orders under $5,000 receive free ground shipping. (Upgrade to 2nd Day Air for $15.*)

All U.S. orders between $5,000 and $9,999.99 receive free 2nd Day Air shipping.

All U.S. orders over $10,000 receive free Next Day Air shipping.

Upgrade any order to Next Day Air for $35.*

*For Alaska and Hawaii, orders under $5,000 may be upgraded to 2nd Day Air for $25, or any order may be upgraded to Next Day Air for $45. Please be aware that Next Day Air may not be available in all locations.

Orders placed before 12PM EST from Monday through Friday will be processed the same day.

Orders placed after 12PM EST from Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day.

*All orders received Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be processed the following business day.

Pending availability and payment verification, jewelry is typically processed and shipped within 2 business day of the order date. We ship via UPS only. We do not offer Saturday delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories (except for Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

Please note: All packages require a signature upon delivery.

If an order happens to arrive damaged, please notify us immediately within three business days of receiving the order. Email or call us and we will issue you a complimentary return label and provide additional instructions.

International Shipping

International shipping costs $50. Please see the chart below for international destinations we currently ship to.

All orders shipped outside of the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska can be held for up to 10 business days to ensure validity. The shipping address on these orders must match the billing address. Delivery times also vary depending on local customs clearance procedures.

We are not responsible for any duties or import taxes. Charges may not be assessed, but the destination country reserves the right to bill the recipient for appropriate duties and taxes at the time of delivery. Please contact your local postal service for information on any fees.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order ships. If you have a account, sign in and select the History tab. Hit "View Order" to find your tracking number and see the status of your order.

Gift Boxes

Select “This is a gift.” during the checkout process and we will place your purchase in a gift box. We will also include a hand-written card if you choose to include a personal message with your gift. Every purchase also includes a certificate of guarantee that lists the date the piece was purchased.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn and undamaged items within 7 business days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original packaging and with original tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and instead will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Please note: All custom and international orders are final sale.

Email or call us to initiate a return or exchange. We will then provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and email you a complimentary return label. Please make sure to wrap the jewelry in the enclosed bubble wrap. Write the RMA on the exterior of the package in large print. Please take your package to your nearest staffed UPS location (Do not deposit your package inside a UPS drop box or leave your package at a shipping carrier other than UPS.)

We will issue a full refund to your original form of payment for the value of the merchandise plus taxes and original shipping within 14 days of receiving the eligible return. Any exchange will be processed within 14 days of receiving the eligible return. Please note that your banking institution may take additional days after the credit is applied to post the refund to your account.

Jewelry Care & Repair

Each order includes a polishing cloth for cleaning the gold. To remove fingerprints and more from stones, wash the jewelry delicately with water and a mild, neutral pH soap; however, avoid this cleaning method for pearls.

Avoid exposing your Yael Sonia jewelry to substances containing ammonia or bleach. Remove jewelry before swimming in chlorinated water or the ocean. Do not clean pearls or plated jewelry with chemicals or polishing cloths.

Size Guide

Wait until the end of the day when your hands are neither cold nor hot to accurately measure your ring size. Measure the finger the ring is intended for as the circumference can vary between the left and right hand. Wrap a piece of string or paper around the base of your finger like a ring; the ring should be snug and able to slide over the knuckle. Mark where the string or paper overlaps. Unroll the ring and measure the length in inches up to the mark. If you are in between sizes, pick the larger size.
